I have sought revenge by writing about someone before. The last two/three times I’ve been wronged, I haven’t written about them. I didn’t let it slide, I just didn’t clap back. Selva Samantha Garduno Olivares told me it’s not worth it and for the first time in my life, I really felt that and agreed with it. I’d have a hundred things a day to write about if I let it all get to me. I really appreciate Taylor Swift’s merge into pop with Shake it Off. It’s literally about how haters are gonna hate. And look at who she is & the success she’s had. She shakes it off. I’m not her largest fan but I do enjoy some of her music and I love her theatrics and storytelling. She was the one who inspired me to start storytelling poetry & not just writing song lyrics. Even the Bible says rotten fruit will fall on its own. Don’t touch it. Don’t go near it. Let it wither away alone & be on your way. Protect yourselves right now, my loves. These are dangerous times during a time in history we have never lived as a human species in human history. Every last thing we know is a damn lie. There are spiritual attacks coming from powerful sources who have studied their craft and mastered it. The dark is just as deep as the light is. The evil is more twisted than you will ever be able to comprehend. When you are shown by God by Jesus truly died, you will be astounded. Wrap yourself in Gods word and “pray without ceasing”. There is nothing not profound about God. You will only find peace there within your connection to him. It doesn’t matter who you’ve been or where you’ve been. God hears every last prayer and I promise you he will help a dying addict that INTENDS to recover before he helps the rich man dying from heart disease that wants to go back to robbing the poor and feeding off the addict for more.
Don’t go without faith. Don’t ever lose hope. And don’t ever give up on love.
